Mixed by the esteemed Adam Noble known for his work with acts like Nothing But Thieves, Paul McCartney, Liam Gallagher, Biffy Clyro, "F.M.K.” introduces a relentless opening riff from the get-go.

Vocalist Armann Ingthorson shares insight into the song's creation, saying:

"I wrote F.M.K. right after a breakup. The lyrics draws parallels between a toxic relationship and the game 'fuck-marry-kill', and it confronts the feeling that comes with shattered love. All in all its a mantra to kill the memories of a toxic relationship”
